OBJECTIVES

  • Find Bed Head by TIGI a hip home to style, sample, and create buzz during one of the biggest events in music, Coachella in Palm Springs, CA, and design, build, and manage their activation.

  • Aligned Bed Head with Vestal Village – a yearly day- and night-time event during week 1 of Coachella
  • Concepted and executed brand footprint unique to the event
  • Worked hand in hand with event producers on content, PR, and media opportunities
  • Created branded elements to ensure brand was present at multiple touch points around event site

RESULTS

  • 5,080 event attendees including 820 weekend campers
  • 5,200 samples handed out to GA consumers
  • 100 gift bags handed out to VIP consumers and artists
  • 500 consumers styled at dry style bar each day with a 2 hour waiting list at all times
  • 549 photos taken at branded photo moments
  • 13.7MM media and email impressions
  • 38.2MM social media impressions
